Nigerians are a great example because when you test them, they perform as well or a bit above the White average, but they're still much more successful than them because they gravitate to rewarding occupations

Among reasonably smart people, the main differentiator is not raw intelligence, but interest in a topic. Maybe this does not hold true for pure maths, but for most topics it does
