Boring businesses build the most wealth. It's so simple, yet 99% of people still chase the challenging ones. So, please... Pick one of these lame but lucrative businesses (10 options):

1) Self-Serve Car Wash. Car wash services include: - Vacuuming - Washing - Waxing And they're great because they're automated (self-serve). Maybe, you'll hire one employee.

2) Parking Lots. Parking lots don't make money off cars. No... They make money off convenience. If you score the right location, a parking lot is a ticket to freedom.

3) Vending Machines. This is for you passive income junkies out there. You can sell: - Snacks - Ice cream - Health foods - Cryptocurrency They have vending machines for just about everything these days.

4) Laundromats. Ready to put your profits on autopilot? Laundromat = Cash Cow. Sure, you might need to go collect your cash every day... But that's a problem I wouldn't mind having.

5) Storage Facility. Let's face it. People will always have more stuff. And they need a place to put it. Give them that place... (It's worth a lot of money).

6) CPA Firm. Accounting firms win the award for underrated boring business of the year. They provide services like: - Tax planning - Financial planning - Fractional CFO services And if one thing is certain... It's that taxes are here to stay (so are CPA Firms).

7) ATM Route. It's like a vending machine but for money. Awesome! They earn via surcharge, so if you have 20 people/day at a $3.00 surcharge... That's $60/day ($21,900/year). With ONE machine (buy more).

8) Portable Toilet Rental. It might be a poor scent, but all I can smell is profit! Think about the: • Outdoor gatherings • Construction sites • Large events You've seen/been to. Someone had to supply the johns!

9) Document Shredding. In a world full of sensitive information, privacy remains a major concern. And the process is simple: - Collect the documents - Dispose of the files - Collect the cash Emphasis on "collect the cash."

10) Oil Change Service. No one talks about this option. (They're keeping it a secret). You can charge $50-$100 per person and make a fortune. It's quite a lucrative venture.

So, you've seen all 10 choices... Which one are you picking?
