Everyone needs a financial plan. I've delivered hundreds of them over the last 8 years. Here’s the roadmap to more money and a better life…

If you're reading this, you're a high achiever who hates the idea of living life going through the motions. I understand you're busy, so bookmark this for later if you can't read now. Let's get started...

Everyone wants enough money to provide for necessities without worrying. But what do you want beyond that? What's important to you? What would your life look like if you had complete control over it? Your financial plan starts by answering these questions...

Before we look at income, expenses, or account balances, we identify your values and translate them into meaningful and measurable goals.

Then, we inventory your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses to create a clear view of your finances. The goals we created are incorporated into your current situation so we can analyze if you're on track to achieve them.

This is where I start to dig into every detail of personal and financial information you share. Hours of analysis, countless calculations, and hundreds of pages of reports are used to create your financial plan. But you need actionable advice, not a binder you'll never read.

So, I distill every recommendation into a list we can prioritize and begin implementing.

The recommendations have one purpose. To improve your financial approach so you can achieve the goals you defined while continuing to enjoy your life today. Addressing all elements of your plan ensures you can accumulate and protect your wealth and family.

Once we've established a baseline, we can test "what-if" scenarios like: • Traveling more • Reducing work hours • Buying that dream house Then, we can weigh the pros and cons of what needs to happen to make them feasible.

What clients need and what I want to provide is clarity on how they can go from where they are today to the future they've envisioned in the least amount of time possible. For the analytical types out there, we do that with...

Cash flow + savings strategies Including, but not limited to... • Education funding • Major purchase planning • Mortgage/refinance analyses • Aligning cash flow with goals + values • Synchronizing tax-deferred, tax-free, and taxable savings

Tax Planning To form strategies on... • Roth conversions • Charitable gifting • Paycheck withholding • Estimated tax payments • Business and asset sales • Preservation of tax credits • Itemized deduction bunching • Retirement accounts + contributions + many others

Investing focused on: • Cash needs • Investment costs • Tax-loss harvesting • Systematic rebalancing • Risk tolerance and capacity • Tax-optimized asset location • Transparent, benchmarked performance reporting • Diversification or integration of concentrated positions

Working alongside your estate attorney to provide guidance when creating and updating: • Wills • Beneficiaries • Powers of Attorney • Guardianship Nominations • Advance Medical Directives • Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts

Ensuring your family and wealth are protected by reviewing the sufficiency of your: • Life • Auto • Home • Health • Umbrella • Disability And other policies you have or may need.

It's impossible to cover everything included in a financial plan, but if it touches your financial life, your plan should help you navigate it. That's how you create a life with less stress and more freedom. By the way, I'm now offering one-time plans! https://t.co/yLofEDTrrg

TL; DR: People are amazed by what they get and what they were missing when they receive their financial plan. This thread shows you everything that goes into and comes out of a financial plan so you can decide if you need one.
