Kai Nix networked online with eco-fascists, white nationalists & accelerationist neo-Nazis across the country, often saying too much and trying to disappear/cover his tracks. This thread is a round-up of telegram names he used. It's a spiderweb not a flowchart, so bear with us.
Feb-Aug '21: Kai Nix participated in the Patriot Party of NC telegram chat as early as Feb '21. In this screenshot captured in Aug '21, Kai is ()()()()--we'll call this one 'parentheses'--& he refers to himself in Feb '21 as "Fascist Italy 1." Hold onto that.
Because what we DO have is a convo caught in real time, in April '21, in a different NC telegram chat called Free North Carolina, wherein a person called Fascist Italy 1 was involved in a quickly-deleted conversation about national socialism. Hi, Kai!
Aug '21: Disillusioned by the lack of overt national socialism, Kai Nix as 'Parentheses' dropped a link for a new group he created called Carolina United using the same PFP as 'Fascist Italy 1.' Lovely group of people here.🧐
Aug '21: As 'Parentheses,' we see that Nix also joined the NC WLM chat, but left the chat shortly thereafter.
Sept '21: Kai Nix--who btw also goes by Kai Liam Brazelton-- joined the NC WLM chat again, this time as (((you))), with username @/Central_Italian, and purportedly becomes the admin of the group.
Oct '21: Kai Nix, as @/Central_Italian, is asked to step down from the admin role for being "too young." Here @/Central_Italian is user "Basins."
Feb 5 '22: As 'UrMomUrMomUrMom,' Kai Nix participated in an organizing chat on Telegram for a "Freedom Convoy" in Raleigh. He posted a video of "antifa," from a vantage point that matches up with photos shared by @AntiRacistNC_. So stealthy, so natsoc.
A member of the fascist group Patriot Front appeared in Raleigh during an NC End the Mandates protest. He attempted to recruit antivax/antimask demonstrators at the old capitol. When the masked boy w/ much stealth showed up later, he intro'd himself as "Patrick" & was shoving Patriot Front propaganda at folks til someone started asking questions he didn't enjoy. Like, "Are you a fascist?" and "Does your mom know you're here?" Panicked, Kai chose flight:
His panic continued online, as he quickly changed his name, made his Carolina United channel private, and ultimately went dark (or so he thought) on Telegram. More names for Kai Liam Nix prior to this: AnonymousAndy, .-:55, Zhajabsgg. Neat flag, bro.
