Basically what this “offshore finance investigator” has done is gone through USA spending contracts (https://t.co/qvlyUb3PUn) which as we’ve seen before are highly erratic and not a complete record (which is exactly why @DOGE is doing a forensic audit). For example take what

The actual funds dispersal you’ll see it was more like 19 million total. But clearly a clerical error made it 1.9 billion. In fact USA spending is full of such strategic “clerical errors” and is not see to mask and hide the actual dispersal and recipient. Remember DOGE is doing
